How serious is the renewed Armenia vs. Azerbaijan war?

I would say very seriously. It is the first large scale operation of Azerbaijani Armed Forces after the ceasefire in 1994.

The main reasons that flared up war were:

1. Pashinyan like his predecessors did not respect the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and feelings of Azerbaijanis. He several times delivered a stupid speech to the public stating that Nagorno-Karabakh should be recognized as an independent subject which is disrespect to the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and international law. He posted several photos of himself and his wife dancing in Shusha and other occupied regions of Azerbaijan which of course did hurt feelings of Azerbaijanis and it’s refugees.

2. In July Armenian Armed Forces started to bomb borders of Azerbaijan and targeting Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline which conveys oil to Europe. The reason is still unknown why Armenia started such idiotism.

3. Officials of Armenia threatened Azerbaijan saying that we can bomb Mingechevir Water reservoir which is one of the main sources of electricity in Azerbaijan.

4. Within a week Russian military plane have carried a lot of guns, artillery equipment to Armenia through the route Russia-Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran-Armenia which is, of course, a threat to sovereignty and security of Azerbaijan.

5. Recently Armenia started to settle Kurdish terrorist militants and Syrians with Armenian origin in Karabakh region which is of course in unlawful and violation of requirements of Geneva conventions.

And in 27th of September Armenian Armed Forces started to bomb territory of Azerbaijan and killed 19 civilians. All these events are intolerable, a threat to the security of Azerbaijan. International organizations showing double standards and do not push Armenians to respect international law and sovereignty of Azerbaijan. Thus, Azerbaijan decided to tame Armenia itself.
